The decrees appointing judges Adrian Cerbu and Eugeniu Beșelea have been published in the Official Journal and have come into effect.
They will work at Chișinău Court of Appeal.
The judges were proposed to the country’s president for appointment after being declared winners in the competition to fill vacant positions at Chișinău Court of Appeal. They passed the interview at the Superior Council of Magistracy and passed the external evaluation.
